What is webcasting?
Webcasting is the delivery of audio and video content over the Internet to a desktop computer. The content can be viewed either live, or on an archived basis. The software that enables webcasting is known as streaming media.

What does it mean if I do not see any video?
Check to see if you have properly downloaded the correct media player. When the player has been saved to your hard drive, do not forget to double-click on the file to activate it. If you need step-by-step instructions on how to download the media player click HERE.
What does it mean if I do not hear any audio?
Check to see that your computer has a sound card, speakers, and that your volume has been turned up. If you still do not receive any audio you may need to download the media player again.
Whenever I view a webcast using RealVideo I see a channel bar. How do I get rid of this?
Click on CHANNELS in the RealVideo navigation bar, and choose
Add/Delete Channels. Another window will open, and prompt you to
choose channels in a number of content categories. Remove the
checkmark from the channels you do not want and then close the
window.
