 Webcasting Requirements

To view a Knowledge Network Interactive webcast, please ensure you first have the required minimum hardware/software installed.
1. Minimum Hardware:
Windows: Pentium, 166 MHz processor; 64 MB RAM
Macintosh: PowerPC, 180 MHz processor; 64 MB RAM
Other: Sound card, speakers
2. Browser:
Version 4 or above of either Netscape or Internet Explorer. Choose eitehr to download the latest version.
3. Internet Connection:
Minimum 56kbps
4. Streaming video player
The Knowledge Network Interactive demo is available in Quicktime format. If you do not have Quicktime, download the player
download either the Real G2 player or Quicktime 4.1 player. This may take a few minutes or a few seconds depending upon your modem speed and connection.
